About Us
The team behind Water Eject Shortcut
Water Eject Shortcut was created out of a simple frustration: iPhones don't have a built-in water ejection feature like the Apple Watch does. After one too many incidents with muffled speakers caused by water splashes, we decided to build a solution ourselves.
What We Do
We develop and maintain the Water Eject Shortcut, a free iOS shortcut that uses low-frequency sound to push water and dust out of iPhone and iPad speakers. Our goal is to provide a simple, effective, and completely free tool that any iPhone user can rely on when they need it.
Why We Built This
Apple's built-in water ejection on the Apple Watch works incredibly well. We wanted to bring that same functionality to the iPhone. Since Apple hasn't added this feature natively, we created a custom shortcut that works through the iOS Shortcuts app and can even be activated through Siri for quick access in emergencies.
Our Commitment
Water Eject Shortcut will always be free. No subscriptions, no hidden fees, no in-app purchases. We believe a tool this useful and this simple should be accessible to everyone. We regularly test and update the shortcut to ensure compatibility with the latest iOS versions and iPhone models.
